After more than a decade in the financial services industry, Victoria has accumulated in-depth experience in ancillary banking, licensed entities, compliance and commercial lending. Her expertise as a private banker drew her to joining Stearns Bank in 2021.

A driving force behind Victoria's passion is her commitment to learning from her customers. Understanding each person's "why" has inspired her to grow in her role. Victoria is also a dedicated advocate for minority communities, recognizing the historical lack of equitable access to capital resources.
