Josh Hofer

Josh joined Stearns Bank in 2016 as the Information Security Officer. He soon advanced to the Director of Operations, helping in the update of Stearns Bank’s debit card and digital banking programs. Recently, Josh was promoted to Chief Risk & Information Security Officer, where he oversees operational, credit and other risks, and information security. Over the course of his career, Josh has worked in three in-house core processing datacenters, ranging in size from $200 million to $2 billion in assets across 23 locations.
