At our discretion, we may treat your provision of an invalid e-mail address, or subsequent malfunction of a previously valid e-mail address, as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communication. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communication. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communication will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.
How to Update Your Records: It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address current so that we can communicate with you electronically. It is also your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete contact information including but not limited to e-mail address, contact, and other information related to your application for credit. System Requirements to Access Information: To access and retain electronic Communication, you must have:
A valid email address
A personal computer, mobile, tablet or similar device with internet access and current browser software and computer software that is capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, and either printing or storing Communication received from us in electronic form
Sufficient storage space to save Communication (whether presented online, in e-mails or PDF) or the ability to print Communication if you wish to print out and retain records on paper
Federal Law: You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic Communication is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the "Act"), and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.
