When she is away from work, Maria travels the world, ventures into the woods to bow hunt, and delights in the company of good friends. Cooking holds a special place in her heart, being her go-to activity for quality time with loved ones. When she has a free weekend, she tests, develops, and perfects recipes and notes that attending Culinary School taught her how to think on her feet and instilled an appreciation for food's ability to unite people.
