Inspired by fostering relationships and empowering individuals to enhance their lives, Juliana joined the Stearns Bank team in early 2024. With a strong background in multiple levels of healthcare management and patient services spanning over 15 years, she is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Outside of work, Juliana finds joy in exploring new destinations and seeking out thrilling experiences such as extreme canyoning and paragliding. During her downtime, she enjoys creating lasting memories with family and friends.
