Dylan Finken

Dylan joined the Stearns Bank team in June 2022 with a background in sales. He studied at St. Cloud Technical and Community College in Minnesota where he earned his AAS in Finance and Credit. Dylan has always enjoyed helping people and working with numbers. He thrives at understanding the importance of taking care of customers and making sure the work is done right.

Dylan is motivated personally and professionally to become the best at whatever he is doing. With his “won’t quit” mindset, he prides himself on achieving goals, no matter what it takes. The challenge and the rewards of accomplishing the task at hand are what he favors most.

Outside of his career, Dylan enjoys spending time with family and friends. His other favorite activities include driving his side-by-side ATV, traveling, listening to music, and participating in a summer volleyball league.
