Stearns Bank’s Pam Bjerke Named TeamWomen Community Impact Honoree

Each year, TeamWomen acknowledges and honors exceptional women in Minnesota with the WaveMaker Awards. Pam Bjerke, Chief Human Resource Officer of Stearns Bank N.A., has been named a 2023 Community Impact Honoree by TeamWomen.

St. Cloud, Minn. (October 24, 2023) – Pam Bjerke, Chief Human Resource Officer of Stearns Bank N.A., has been named a 2023 Community Impact Honoree by TeamWomen.

Each year, TeamWomen acknowledges and honors exceptional women in Minnesota with the WaveMaker Awards. Community Impact Honorees prioritize giving back to the community and/or youth while also playing a crucial role in promoting the growth and development of others, whether it be through their professional endeavors or volunteer work.

Following several years of volunteer work with Anna Marie’s Alliance, in St. Cloud, MN, Pam began serving on the board of directors 2021, and continues to support the organization’s invaluable work for survivors of domestic violence. Currently, she is the Chair for Anna Marie’s Alliance’s Creating Hope Capital Campaign, which within 7 months exceeded its initial $2.5 million goal and is now aspiring towards a stretch goal of $3.25M.

Pam's unwavering dedication to serving the public also shines through her active involvement with the West Stearns County Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities (WSCEO) program.
