Robin Studniski

Robin joined the Stearns Bank team in 2012, tasked with business development for loan programs such as SBA and Affordable Housing. After a few years she transitioned to an SBA lender and then in 2018 transitioned to leading the sales side of marketing. With her wealth of experience in loyalty programs, lending, and marketing, Robin’s role came full circle in 2024 as she became a leader of SBA lending.

Robin finds constant inspiration in individuals who pour their passion into their work, while her family serves as her personal driving force.

Recognized for her exceptional leadership skills and valuable contributions, Robin has been honored as a 2020 Stearns Bank Team Member of the Year semifinalist, a 2022 Outstanding Performer. She also holds certification as a Certified Data Management Professional.

Away from her career, Robin enjoys relaxing at the lake with her family. She also makes time for gardening, golf, and taking her dog, Oliver, for long happy walks.
