Jeanice Varner

Jeanice has been in banking since 2009 and has specialized in cannabis banking since 2015. She was drawn to this space because it was an underserved part of her community and she has continued her passion for this segment with Stearns Bank. As a CAMS certified high-risk specialist, she leads with compliance while maintaining a high level of customer service and finding creative ways to meet customer needs.
