Al returned to Stearns Bank in early 2021 as chief mergers and acquisitions officer. He previously worked as our Chief Credit Officer from 2013-15. Al is always exploring new relationships for acquisitions and expansion, niche and specialty financing and loan portfolio purchases. Al has worked in banking since the early 1980s.
