Heather Plumski

Heather Plumski is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at Stearns Bank N.A., a $2.2 billion, independently owned and Nationally Chartered financial institution headquartered in St. Cloud Minnesota. Heather is responsible for the bank’s financials and reporting, collaborating with senior management to devise effective short- and long-term plans and create actionable goals aimed at tangible results. Heather started her career at Stearns Bank in 2005 as a credit analyst. More recently, she was promoted to Director of StearnsConnect, leading technology initiatives, before taking the role of Chief Financial & Strategy Officer in 2019. In 2022, Heather was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial & Strategy Officer. Heather holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the College of St. Benedict.
