Who can participate in the Nonprofit Customer Referral Program?

Any current Stearns Bank Nonprofit Banking Solutions Deposit Account customer can participate and refer other nonprofits to receive the $250 donation.

How can I refer someone?

You must complete and submit the following online submission form located on this page. After you submit your referral, a Stearns Bank Relationship Manager will quickly reach out to you and your referral to discuss next steps.

What does my friend/family/nonprofit get when they open a new Nonprofit Banking Deposit Account?

Your referral will have access to our full suite of Stearns Bank Nonprofit Banking Solutions and can earn up to a $1,000 donation after 1-year of their account being open with a $250 donation following each 12-month period. Subject to change at any time.

Is there a limit to how many nonprofits I can refer?

There is no limit to how many nonprofits you can refer! For each referral you submit that opens a new Nonprofit Banking Solutions Deposit Account, you’ll receive a $250 donation into your Deposit Account.

When does the Nonprofit Customer Referral Program run through?

The program had an original end of year run date however, this benefit has been incorporated into the Nonprofit Banking Solutions product and will continue to be offered. Subject to change at any time.

How will I know if my referral was successful?

A Stearns Bank Relationship Manager will confirm with you once we’ve completed initial contact with your referral and following the opening of your referral’s new Nonprofit Banking Solutions Deposit Account.

Can I refer myself?

No. Current Nonprofit Banking Solutions Deposit Account customers can only refer nonprofits who are not yet customers of Stearns Bank.

When do I receive the $250 donation after submitting a referal?

You will receive a $250 donation into your Stearns Bank Nonprofit Banking Solutions Deposit Account following 60-days of your referral’s new Stearns Bank Nonprofit Banking Solutions Deposit Account being opened.
