Business Development Account Manager
David joined the Stearns Bank team in February 2022 and has spent most of his career in the equipment financing and leasing industry, primarily in the healthcare market. For 20 years prior to Stearns Bank, David worked with a multinational technology company, interacting closely with the internal sales teams and external customers, including hospitals, diagnostic imaging centers, and various private-practice clinics.
Over the years, David has developed a passion for the healthcare industry and enjoys learning about the latest advances in technology and services to improve patient care and outcomes.
David is motivated by the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with vendors, vendor representatives, and end-user customers. He finds it rewarding to develop trust that builds long-term, repeat business opportunities.
Throughout his career, David has completed multiple sales training programs to include Miller Heiman’s Large Account Management Program, COF Valued Based Selling, SPIN Selling and others that have provided him with tools and techniques that he often applies to real business situations.
When he is not working, he enjoys boating in Florida and Michigan, playing golf, fishing, and teaching judo classes.
