Heather Plumski

Heather is responsible for the bank’s financials and reporting, collaborating with senior management to devise effective short- and long-term plans and create actionable goals aimed at tangible results. Heather is focused on assessing the company’s many different projects and activities to make sure they align with company goals. Heather started her career at Stearns Bank in 2005 as a credit analyst. More recently, she was promoted to Director of StearnsConnect, leading technology initiatives, before taking the role of Chief Financial & Strategy Officer in 2019. In 2022, Heather was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial & Strategy Officer.
