We are pleased to announce your current 1st East Side Savings accounts will transition to Stearns Bank accounts at the close of business on Friday, May 3, 2013. VISA ATM or Debit Card
Your VISA ATM/Debit card will not work after 4 a.m. on May 6. You will need to activate your new card on or after May 6 at 6 a.m. See withdrawal limits on pg 1 of the Funds Availability Disclosure. Any automatic payments tied to your current debit card will need to be updated with your new card number.
A special checking, savings, and CD statement will be produced on May 3 for all accounts. View the Account Conversion Table for the date your statement will be produced in the future.
Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay
Your current Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay will no longer be available after 5 p.m. on May 3. You will not need to Enroll in Online Banking & Bill Pay on or after May 6.
IMPORTANT: Your bank statements and Bill Pay information will NOT transfer. Please print out a copy of your statements and your Bill Pay information prior to 5 p.m. on May 3, at which time your current Online Banking will no longer be available. Do not set-up a bill pay to settle on a date after May 3 on your current online banking . Any existing, pending, scheduled, or recurring payments scheduled after May 3 will NOT be processed. After you enroll in Online Banking, you will need to re-enter your Bill Pay information. For assistance, call 1-800-320-7262 ( 9 am - 5 pm).
24-Hour Gold Phone
24-Hour Gold Phone will not be available after 5 p.m. on May 3. On or after May 6, you will need to re-enroll in 24-Hour PhoneBank by calling 1-877-899-2265. Use the last four digits of your Social Security Number for the PIN. After enrolling, you will be prompted to change your PIN.
Deposit Cut-Off Time
The deposit cut-off time will change to 4 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday effective May 31st.
Your loan will remain the same, however all loan payments should be mailed to our corporate office at: Stearns Bank N.A. - Attn: Loan Operations - PO Box 7338 - St. Cloud, MN 56302. If you currently make your loan payment via an automatic bill pay with another financial institution, you will need to notify them of this address change. Additionally, if you use pre-printed coupons, you will need to change the mailing address.
