Daniel specializes in providing loans primarily for commercial real estate. This includes land acquisition, land development and vertical construction. Land acquisition and land development loans include residential and commercial. Construction loans consist primarily of office condo buildings, retail centers and residential pre-sold and spec homes. Another area of lending is providing working capital lines of credit to real estate developers.
