Regional Consumer Banking Manager - Sarasota, FL

Position is responsible for the direction, administration, and operations of all retail banking activity for the Florida region of Stearns Bank. Manages branch managers to meet branch sales and profitability goals. Evaluates and reports on the effectiveness of branch activities through the establishment of branch growth goals with each manager. Provides guidance to branch personnel.

Special Assets Officer - Sarasota, FL

Position requires the ability to restructure troubled loans and manage them through the collection and workout process. Must have the ability to mitigate problem assets through research and face to face customer meetings, process which may include bankruptcy, litigation, and/or liquidation of collateral. Will work closely with legal council and negotiate settlements as required.

To be considered for this position you must have at least 15 years experience in Commercial Banking along with some Special Assets experience. Must also possess the ability to make timely, accurate decisions and determine appropriate actions.
